RETURN

You have the option to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item you wish to return. To begin the return process, kindly send an email to info@dreemee.co.uk, including your order number. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please ensure that you return the item(s) in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Items returned beyond this timeframe will regrettably be refused.

Please note that we do not offer complimentary return labels, and the cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that the delivery costs associated with your initial order are non-refundable, and your refund will match the amount you paid for the order.

It's important to mention that personalized orders are non-returnable. Customized products are crafted specifically for you, making refunds, exchanges, or cancellations inapplicable to these items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Sale items are considered final, and we are unable to process refunds for these purchases.

Items that show signs of damage or wear cannot be accepted for return; they must be in a resealable condition.

We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us by our shipping partners. In such cases, you will be refunded for the total item value. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we are responsible for shipping label errors.

EXCHANGE

Please ensure that you send the item(s) back in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

FAULTY GOODS

Every product at Dreemee undergoes careful inspection before it is thoughtfully packaged for delivery.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has sustained damage during transit, please contact us immediately via info@dreemee.co.uk, attaching an image of the item to expedite the process. Kindly initiate this contact within 24 hours of receiving your item.

If 24 hours have elapsed since the delivery date, we may not be able to assist, as the products may be considered as having been "misused by the buyer."

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or disapproval of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dreemee.co.uk for further assistance.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

If a parcel is undelivered due to the following reasons:
- You were not available at home.
- The courier could not locate a secure place to leave the parcel.
- Customs tax (for international orders only) has not been paid.

The parcel will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund for the items. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
